"Whilst Dr Kevin Chiu has been great and thorough, I have found the reception staff rude and condescending. When arriving for my 1pm appt for the covid vaccine, I was told the doctors were still on lunch. Then, while waiting I saw 4 other patients...ALL FOR 1PM APPT, get told to wait. Then 3 other patients were taken in before me.... the receptionist told me that I just need to wait like everyone else. When I asked her for her name she told me it was none of my business."

"The receptionist and nurses are lovely. However, I presented in extreme pain as I hurt my lower back at the gym 15 minutes prior. The absolutely amazing nurse even warned me patients find him rude so I was somewhat prepared but the way he treated me was beyond acceptable. The nurse helped me out the back as I was close to fainting due to the pain. Dr Chiu walked in, offered no assistance in and told me to walk to his room as he stormed off. When I walked in the room id sat in a chair near the door - as soon as I'd sat down ( keep in mind sitting and standing up out of a chair caused me immense pain which he was aware of) - he pointed at a different chair and demanded i "sit in that chair". Once again... he offered no help. Dr Chiu completed no physical examination and merely asked what "my problem was". After I explained I had my lower back "pop" whilst performing a deadlift he just printed me a prescription for pain meds, a script to get a scan and sent me on my way. Although I could barely walk and was alone he didn't bother to ask if I had anyone driving me home or to help. Worst GP I have ever been to and whom offered no help during the one time I needed it the most."
