"We took multiple issues that happened whilst our boys attended this childcare centre to the director and never felt resolved. Infact always fobbed off as it it didn’t mean a thing. We ended up taking these issues to the department because even after moving away from this centre I felt sick/guilty that other children had to attend here purely because the area doesn’t have care available. Please read reviews before sending your children."

"My granddaughter went here for a very short time not even a month . Disgusting and they know it .... please do not send yoir child here they do not have the capacity or training to offer an environment that is safe, understanding, or clean for a child . Doesnt matter what the response they give , there Managers in Queensland should be briefed about the understandard daycare and what is going on there should be closed until that environment for children has changed .. Children are more important not to do a review I don't want anyone elses child or family feeling this way."

"My child has recently transferred from another childcare service and the staff have been more than welcoming. They have ensured that she is always comforted and are always welcoming to her. We love seeing her day on Storypark to see what she is learning everyday."

"My daughter 8mo, has been removed from this child care due to an onslaught of illnesses. For the last 5 weeks our family has had to endure a common cold, Adenovirus that had my daughter in hospital, gastro, and now another flu of some sort. It's common knowledge that illnesses in child care is a universal issue, however the impact and regularity seems to be out of control. I suspect there is no hand washing and minimal toy cleaning. My daughter has come home with a dummy in her bag that did not belong to her. When we have gone to collect her, the staff were unsure as to her location. We believe she has been left in a cot for an extended period while staff are dealing with others. on a positive note, the carers do an excellent job to include new children, and have developed good relationships with their kids. I fear understaffing creates extra stress on these otherwise quality workers. It is unsustainable to continue to send a child to a care provider, if they aren't able to provide care. Paying for a care "slot" when you can't use it, is a waste of money."

"This childcare is not recommended for your child. I am a grandmother, and i have only been inside once. I am in the car park (car pooling with my daughter for drop offs) twice a week. I have heard complaints of babies getting wrong formula. Children with allergies receiving the wrong food. A lot of misplaced belongs. My grandchild has come home with out shoes! They just couldn’t find them. Yesterday a toddler was left unattended in the nap room for what we can only assume was upwards of two to four hours. The child was not missed by educators until the parent came to pick up. They still could not explain where the toddler was, or when found, how long they had been alone and stressed for. This is absolute child neglect. How are they unaware of where a child is at all times? I know its hard to find suitable child care. This facility is NOT suitable."
