Zambrero Murwillumbah 10-16 Brisbane Street, Murwillumbah, New South Wales 2484

"I usually love this healthy fast food option and I was excited to know there was one in murwillumbah. I must say though I was pretty unhappy with my visit. The bread was so cold it felt like it had just come out of the freezer and tasted raw. I got a large veg borito, and the serving of beans was so pittyfull... same serving as the small borito it was basically 2 teaspoons. The burito was heavy with rice and also the amount of sauce was terrible too. I likely won't return. Super unfortunate as I love grabbing a quick snack on the road. Seems to have a few bad reviews Maybe staff need another training day."

"Sunday afternoon. When we entered, the young female staff member was listening to music on her personal phone and greeted us and then rudely returned out the back to turn it off. My partner got a burrito and I got a bowl. The staff member had long hair and when she bent over the food to serve, her hair almost touched the food several times. I poltely asked for an extra half serve of meat around 10 seconds after she dispensed the meat, so that I didn't rudely interrupt her asking if we wanted cheese/sour cream. She subsequently rudely stated: "it would have been much easier if you had told me before." I don't expect to be talked to in such a manner for a simple request of additional toppings which I am paying extra for anyway and felt like walking out on the spot. This wouldnt be acceptable even if the store was busy or had a line although the fact that we were the only customers in store, made it far more egregious. Also, the staff at Murwillumbah Zembreros seem to have very poor product knowledge as there has been many times where the staff have served my partner who orders vegetarian/vegan options and tried to charge extra for the guacamole which is supposed to be included in the original cost of the product (As stated on the menu ). Overall, we love zambrero's and the food although have experienced poor service over a multitude of times at the Murwillumbah store. Unfortunately, we may now have to purchase our zambrero's at the Coolangatta store unless the staff attitude, skills, product knowledge and overall training improves."

"Really fresh good food slightly expensive at 10 buckaroonies for nachos. But I must say the service was awesome and the salads fresh. Will definitely be back here for a hearty meal again soon."
