Finally found two staff, they told me to go back to the original store where I bought the product because the Harvey Norman branches don't share any information on the computers, worst consumer services ever. "My experience with Harvey Norman has been nothing short of a disappointment and frustration. What started as a simple table purchase turned into an ordeal that left me and my wife deeply dissatisfied with their service. It all began with a one-week delay in the delivery, which was initially tolerable. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse when we were informed that the table would be delayed for an entire month. This alone was unacceptable, as we had already planned our apartment setup around the expected delivery date. To add insult to injury, we were only asked about the dimensions of the elevator on the morning of the supposed delivery. This lack of foresight from Harvey Norman's end was simply careless and unprofessional. When the day finally arrived, it was evident that the table could not fit into the apartment through the elevator. The table we had paid for and waited so long to receive was practically useless. Naturally, we sought a refund for the purchase. However, instead of being understanding and apologetic for their mistakes, Harvey Norman was reluctant to provide a refund. They insisted that they did not offer refunds, only store credit. This stance was unacceptable, considering the table was not fit for its intended purpose, and my wife and I had already wasted so much time and energy on this ordeal. As we expressed our disinterest in waiting another two months for a new table, they finally offered a refund—but with a catch. To our disbelief, they had the audacity to impose a 20% restocking fee and charged us for the attempted delivery. This left us with a loss of approximately $400! This entire experience with Harvey Norman was a nightmare, to say the least. Their lack of communication, the delays, and their unreasonable refund policy are major red flags. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Harvey Norman if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Their poor customer service and handling of this situation have left us feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated. We will certainly be taking our business elsewhere in the future."

"Horrible experience after buying a faulty lamp table which cracked while being assembled. Customer service manager Helen Hunter was unhelpful in the end. Clearly a dodgy supplier who doesn't want to own up and replace but HV has to take responsibility for selling such product. Followed every instructrion meticulously but the faulty product which seems to have been glued excessively at the corner which cracked. This was the second similar lamp table we bought, first one was fine. Worst part is every time I enquire about the progress of the service token, manager says she will get back, but no follow up even after months since purchasing. I have to call her every time, she never gets back after promising multiple times. I am having to throw this away as clearly it is not safe with kids around. Over the years, have bought so many things from this store and in general from HV branches. Not buying anything from HV ever again."
