"These guys are great. They are the only chemist that stays open til 8pm, otherwise I'd have to go to palm beach, so it's super convenient. And they make getting vaccinations really easy and quick, barely have to wait."

"Accompanied my daughter into this pharmacy just to buy otc phenergan 25mg. We were told it needed to be labeled - fair enough. But not only that they asked for licence , my daughter doesn’t drive and they refused photo ID because it did not have her address on it. I offered my OAP card but it has no photo so not acceptable either. This is crazy where you cannot get the simplest of medication . No apologies from the staff serving us. We had to then drive miles out of our way to get them which didn’t require any of these hurdles to jump over . Will never go there again or be tempted to use a united pharmacy any where incase the same thing happens ."

"Absolutely useless chemist. Don't go here unless you want your life made difficult. Went in to buy medication for my allergies and they not only wanted to label the box (no other pharmacy that I go to does this) they also wanted photo ID. For an antihistamine. And the staff are SO rude. They think they are VERY important. They aren't, I have worked in a pharmacy and you are a glorified retail assistant. These girls act like they are doctors."

"Had terrible tooth pain and asked for help to get a product. Only to be ignored. Staff is terrible. They could have a huge line up and still be chatting amongst themselves like no one was there. I have been here multiple times, and every time the service was disgusting. If I could give this place a 0. I would. Because, 1 out of 5 stars is obviously too good for you."

"Absolutely disgusted with the managing chemists attitude. This man took it upon himself to make my experience not only extremely difficult, he refused service, went above and beyond Doctors orders to refuse to dispense my script, despite the date on the prescription and a follow up call with my Doctor. The Doctor advised You to dispense the medication, but you did not. You are clearly not across my situation. I have been through 7 surgeries on my ankle. Looking at an amputation, and everyone except YOU are trying to make me life more bearable. You decided to ignore your duty of care, just because. There was no other reason for you to take the action the pharmacist is. He is not only judgmental, he is rude, arrogant, and in my opinion should have his performance investigated, as he is not an asset to your brand. There were plenty of opportunities to work through this issue. All ignored by the pharmacist. I think perhaps Brendan should refresh his Code of Conduct. As a Customer Value specialist, this behaviour would result in a breach, and the staff member should receive some feedback with regards to this. I cannot describe the dissatisfaction I experienced today."
