"Room very small, have to be careful and have shower door completely shut as fire alarm very sensitive and steam could set it off, if it does set it off you will be charged $1500!!!. Location would be the only good thing about this place. Will definitely fork out the extra money next time to stay somewhere that you can actually move around in."
"My partner and I stayed at Sunset Motor Inn over the weekend of the Broadbeach festival. Location is great, right next to Q1 close to Cavill Ave and Broadbeach. Rooms are clean and great kitchen to cook meals if you're on a budget. The manager was really helpful, too. Thanks for the awsome stay Sunset."

"I booked a room for my brother to stay in overnight prior to an interview the following day, and there were bedbugs in his bed. We attempted to discuss this with the owner John the following day after the interview was done, and he was completely rude and unprofessional. He stated that there could not be any bedbugs as the beds are less than 1 month old and the room and the linen are professionally cleaned, and accused my brother of having brought them into the room, and me of chasing a free overnight hotel stay (I had requested a refund). When I attempted to discuss this further with him he told me not to contact him again and hung up the phone."
