"For apartments,close to the heart of surfers paradise, comfort, relaxing pool & hot tub,only downside was inconsideration of other guests late at night , tidy up required by guests which is only fair for an apartment plug in air fresher, cockroach baits,detergent, plates,cups etc washer / dryer for clothes is provided which is exceptional & not expected for an apartment. Yes they had a few small German cockroaches ,but where there is heat, water ( pool) & many people, it's almost impossible to eradicate, Brilliant ,wouldn't hesitate to book here again,great location, price & comfort. Only reason not giving 5 stars is due to previous tenants not taking there cleaning up responsibility into account. Only smelt strong food once opening the microwave. Found Management friendly, more than accomodating, willing & showed to go above & beyond what they're rated,feel there rating is only due to unrealistic expectations of previous tenants, it's an apartment not a 5 star resort. Different rules apply & expectations of those leaving bad remarks seem to me, of privalage & self entitlement. As expectations for there rating were exceeded & they went above & beyond to accommodate & make guests feel at home. Wouldn't book anywhere else"

"The pictures looked fine but unfortunately pictures don’t convey the smell that permeated throughout the unit! Nor could it convey the hardness of the bed and the loudness of the fridge. We had booked in for two nights and although a reasonably convenient location, we ended up booking and staying elsewhere on the second night."

"We have been hear and stayed in the top 2 bedroom apartments quiet a few times everytime we come here we get a great deal. It's close to everything the pool is nice the apartments are nice and spacious. It's always clean and to a good standard. I have had no problem hear on my stays and I will always come back our family loves this place. Despite some of the bad reviews I have never had any problems thankfully. The apartments are aircondioned and have all the cooking utility that you need there is a beautiful bbq area by the pool very clean and fairly prices. Only suggestions would be that they put wifi in it sucks when we dont have wifi for our stays but that's never ruined my stay. The bad reviews from months ago that I've read on here have obviously been resolved because I stay here often and love the place."

"Pleased to see that after reading other review about the room cleanness, the manager has addressed the problem and has installed a better checking system to maintain a higher standard. The location is just perfect with a short 700 metre walk to the beach and cavil ave.For location and customer service I would rate this place 5 star. The rooms are spacious and perfect for a family on a budget. Self contained kitchen will also help with the family holiday. Great BBQ and pool area with a heated spa."
