Guys delivered it, in what I expected to be a few complaints and whinging, the guys just got it done. Easy to communicate with and nothing was ever too hard. "I brought a spa off these guys during covid times and had to wait upto 6mths...these guys are legends not only did they constantly let me know how it was going,they upgraded my spa to a platinum free of charge.....so anyway one of the kids had broken off the spa jets controller and I called these guys and not only did he have the part,it was free of charge Who does that....free,,I want to take the time to thank you spa Man for not only upgrading my spa back in the day but u gave me a part that surely would have cost and it was free....thank you,I so appreciate what u did I really do....anyone want a spa I recommend these guys 100% if I want another spa I'm buying from the spa man xx thank you again x"

"We purchased the Californian Grande spa from Spas Direct in Perth. Went in and looked at the display and instantly fell in love. Received great advice and service from the team in Perth. Naturally, we shopped around with other spa suppliers but they couldn't even come close to the price we could get this one for. They were all quick to bag-out Spas Direct and some even resorted to outright defamation but I made an informed decision and ordered the Californian Grande from the boys at Spas Direct.. Best decision ever. Placed the order on 12th of January and received delivery on 25th of January.. less than 2 week turnaround. Put it down on the slab, filled it up with water and chucked some chemicals in and we were ready to go.. we have used it everyday since we have had it and love every minute of it. Very happy with our purchase and very satisfied with the result. Our steps arrived damaged in the box but when I contacted Spas direct they immediately raised a warranty claim and will replace the damaged steps when their next shipment arrives.. what more can we ask for. I totally understand that people have had issues with Spas Direct in the past but for us, our experience has been nothing but a positive one. I did a lot of research before buying.. I researched the supplier in China (Sunrans) and was very impressed with the scale of their facilities and operation. I'd suggest doing your own research, shop around and make an informed decision before buying.. there is a lot of noise out there about spa suppliers but the facts are the facts.. Spas Direct sell thousands more Spas than other suppliers and they have thousands of positive reviews.. its not all doom & gloom and scams as some people would have you believe. I suppose time will tell but for now.. I'm as happy as a pig in.. a spa."
