"WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE???? Perth Airport, DFO Store Seem to get many groomsmen here which is great for business but if you’re a “singular” customer, be prepared to be ignored. Second time this has happened to me here. today being the last straw. There were 2 guys working there (one had no mask on the whole time), both of them were attending to the 4 or 5 groomsmen at the register. I had a shirt in hand wanting to pay. After standing there for quite sometime, one of the employees asked if I wanted to try it on, I replied “no, I’m ready to buy it”. That was it, he just turned back to continue helping the other employee. I stood there for another 10 or 15 minutes at least. There was another lady customer waiting, we both looked at each other and rolled our eyes, amazed and annoyed that both employees were ONLY attending to the groomsmen and did not communicate anything to usIn the end I had to hand my shirt to one of the employees and told him if he can hold it for me and I’ll be back to buy it before I leave as I was running out of time. Funnily enough the female customer did exactly the same after me. I didn’t go back as matter of principle. No “sorry about the wait” or “I’ll be with you shortly”. Basic customer service and basic common courtesy was nowhere to be seen. I used to love shopping at Politix but I refuse to support such poor service."
