"(DO NOT USE) I highly recommend not using this industry, and just use a little bit of your extra time to travel else where. the expectations/requirements in the food serving, customer services and the area around this industry is poor and honestly disgusting Like come on since when are you not aloud to have your food made fresh (they only sell pre made orders) quite pathetic, please note… this is one of the many problems I’ve experienced here and the list can go on and on. Judging from different industries this industry meets absolute the lowest of the lowest"

"Gave the cashier cash and I got incorrect change, when I said something they made me wait 10 minutes for the correct change in a waiting bay. I then got my food which had 2 less nuggets in it and a dbl quarter pounder that for some reason had lettuce on it. Once again, terrible service."

"I’m old school and don’t post reviews but seriously had enough of this store - the last 3 occasions my order has been incorrect - missing food - incorrect burgers etc McDonalds used to be known as a well managed business that set the example to other businesses whilst also training our kids on skills they could use in life - following a process and high quality outcomes. Sad to know this no longer exists and this store hides behind the parent company name whilst it is actually doing the brand damage. It won’t affect such a large corporation, however, they should maybe look closer at each store and make sure they are capable of providing basic service without letting them down."

"Ordered online, waited 40 minutes just for it to be cancelled. Got in the car and drove down just to be told there was a system update and wouldn’t take orders for the next 20-30 minutes, they then suggested to try the one down the road which also had a system update. Drove back to this one and waited the last 10 minutes out, got to the window to be told the exact same thing that I’d have to wait 20-30 minutes. Honestly I don’t care about the system update all well and fair, I care about the fact that you wasted my time at 2am in the morning when I could have gone straight home from work. I’m disappointed that two stores, 5 mins apart both do a system update at the same time. My suggestion is you call each other and say don’t do a system update we’re doing ours AND THEN send your customers there. Really disappointing guys"

"The only 24hrs McDonald's that doesn't take orders after hours. 3 nights already after finishing work, that they don't take orders due to some technical difficulties. Not only that, when they do take orders, they still somehow manage to mess them up."
