McDonald’s Malvern Springs

"Dear Ubereats customers, please avoid ordering in this store. They treated drivers like non-existent. And drivers can simply wait for 20min just for a $6 order. Please be kind and understandable. The management of McDonalds Malvern Springs is totally a disaster. They don’t know how to prioritise orders AT ALL. Hopefully more drivers could speak up by posting through channels."

"Trying to get a fresh burger through drive through is impossible to get from this mc Donald's. Even after saying that we are happy to wait. Staff(crew and the manager included) giving no respect to customers. I think malvern spring mc Donald's need to change this campion because paying 17-20$ for a meal and not even getting it fresh is not worth it so i wont be using this mc Donald's anymore"

"So, after ordering dinner a few days ago and it being cancelled after waiting an hour. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to order a meal for my mum and I tonight through menulog, not only were we waiting over an hour (the store is a 3 min drive away), but half our order was wrong and the food we did get was cold. We ordered 4 small chips NONE arrived. Called the restaurant and they put the blame on menulog and said they can't rectify it (what's so hard about sending the right food out?) Absolutely appalling service. As the restaurant you're in charge of making sure you make and send the correct food out, yet you can't even do the bare minimum. Should be ashamed honestly, the workers here need more training, they screw up more orders than they get right."

"Always double check when are you given your order from this Mc Donald's. The last 3 times we were only given half of what we ordered. Very bad. Managers are always happy to be on their phone and chatting among themselves instead of focusing on serving people or helping the production line to get the order ready."

"Worst Macdonalds in WA. I’ve had multiple incidents here. Quater pounders half made (bread, paddy and a slice of cheese, no sauce, nothing else), large chips half full. Waiting around for half an hour due to forgotten orders. There is something considerably wrong here. I’d give them no stars if I could"
