"I came in to your colonnades store today, Saturday 29th October to have a battery replacement for my car remote, a young man working there (clearly not the owner) damaged my key, and almost broke it trying to open it up to replace the battery, he is obviously not experienced, or qualified to work in this field, because he had no idea what he was doing, he refused to replace the damaged casing,which was done using a blade, and it looked like, he was biting into it.. then he said, 'it was glued together"?? I highly don't recommend coming here, especially if a customer has a key to a luxurious Mercedes or porsche, he is highly likely to destroy it. He also told me, he had keys in the past he couldn't open, which clearly indicates this may not be the first time damage has been done to others. he tried to pop it up, when it has to slide open. I know this because a highly skilled professional at battery world replaced it for me, opening it up from the correct position with no damage and took less than a minute. At Shoe King almost 20 minutes and no result, only damage. One star is too much, horrible customer service, please employ qualified people for this job. what a disgrace. "I had a flip key cut there a couple months ago and it has been great, very professional and friendly staff. Just had a pin come loose in the key so I took it back in and they quickly replaced it no questions asked. 100% recommend."
