"Shopped in here with my mother 23/11/22 and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of costumer service provided by the slim short lady with long black hair. As mum is a frequent shopper it was disappointing as this was the first bad encounter we have had. It seemed to be an inconvenience asking if another store had the top my mum liked in her size and when she offered to placed an order in for it, she seemed to just brush us off when asked how long it would take. As someone who works in retail, What happened to good customer service served with a smile?"

"I've mostly had good experience until today the lead working there was really rude about a return that was just over 30days Did not seek any information or care why. I'm a working mum and this was ordered in for me and I literally have had no time until recently to try it on. I'm not sure why they could not have looked into this given I've been an ongoing member, the dress was $90 and it was unworn with tags. I'm very disappointed at how this was handled and don't feel comfortable to return to this store now in Ingle farm."
