"My son went to this centre for 2 years & for the last year he wasn't enjoying it at all. Multiple changes in Directors, unhappy staff and a very rude director that clearly needs some customer service training. I do NOT recommend this centre. My son now attends a different centre and this has made it abundantly clear that Sunkids Burleigh desperately needs to make some changes."

"We spent 9 weeks in this center and had such a poor experience. Communication is either non-existent or managed to a very low standard. Multiple changes in directors in a short time. Sudden change of staff in rooms with no consideration of how this would affect children whilst only giving parents less than 12 hours notice. Multiple staff had no clue what had gone on with my child throughout the day just stating “oh he had a good day” without being able to elaborate on this further when I ask questions. Each week concerns were escalated which was met with complete disinterest and no resolution. Ultimately we removed our child as we did not feel safe leaving him in the care of this center. I reiterated this in an email to both the current director and head office and received NO acknowledgement from either party which sums up their total disinterest in providing quality care to children. Since moving away from sunkids to a different daycare my child has shown less distress with drop offs and better engagement with activities as well as staff and other children. His development has also progressed significantly in only 2 weeks at a new facility where staff seem so much more engaged with the children and genuinely invested in the children’s happiness and wellbeing."

"We have had such a good experience enrolling our daughter in Sunkids at Burleigh. The centre is so well maintained with excellent facilities - we love how open and bright it feels. The play yards are fantastic and our daughter has made such strong connections with all the lovely teachers in a short space of time. We love Sunkids!"

"I thought i must write a review my son has attended burleigh sunkids since 2010 and I have nothing but good comments to say about them. they are caring,the centre is always clean and tidy,the educational program is excellent. My son is not an angel but the staff handle him extremely well and i feel confident leaving him at the centre. He has made lots of friends and even asks on weekends if he can go which is fabulous as I know he is happy and content there."
