"Bad experience. We had appointment 4:20 pm and they called us at 5:10 I went to front desk and asked what’s happening with our appointment, she rudely said there is nothing she can do. They don’t respect your time. I’m truly will advise you to go to different medical centre."

"Booking appointments need a huge improvement. I booked for 3:50pm via the Hotdoc app. When I got to leave work earlier I want to change to an earlier appointment that was available. But the app won’t let me book without cancelling my previous appointment first. When I did that the earlier appointment was gone also. I’ll So I lost both and had to take the 5pm appointment. So had to wait 4 hours. Yes this is an app issue but I did call and no one answered the phone. It was on hold whole 20 mins on my way here. When I enter the clinic, my phone is still on hold but I don’t hear any phones ringing in the clinic. No one was even using the phones. So what exactly am I on hold for?"

"Very few patients waiting on Sunday, however after securing $100.00 from me prior to seeing the GP, and on a promise to refund $50 after the consult, the desk clerk then tells me after the consult that they are unable to process the $50 refund as they dont have Medicare access. I noticed this also done to another patient nearby and I was then unable to purchase all the needed prescribed medication & returned home. No wonder ED Departments fill up if lying on entry is acceptable practice for some AH Clinics."

"Poorly managed appointment times. Both times recently visited, waited for my appointment 30 mins to over an hour. To be told the doctor has an appointment that will be long. That’s fine, I completely understand but then why would you have appointments allowed to be booked in time slots if the doctor can’t even take those appointments or call patients and let them know your appointment is pushed back an hour. Worst experience when the doctor whinges to a patient that having to fill in Medical forms for work. Commenting he wishes he could just be a doctor and do other things. We all have things in a job we might not like doing but I definitely wouldn’t make comments and whinge about it to a client."

"Took my daughter out of school in our busy schedule to bring her to the dentist here only to be cancelled because apparently we didn't confirm the appointment we already booked. Dentist just doesn't want the extra work. Stay away from this business."
