"Amazing service"

"On Saturday at 2:00 pm everything was closed, I mean literally the lights were off and the door is closed at 1:59 pm. I was running with the car capsule with a 6 months baby in it because it's only the time I can make it but with no luck. Staff can't answer the question I asked about the cheque I got from Medibank. They were not interested at answering the question at all as they were on the way home! The parking is terrible on the weekend. I think it is a good time to change the medical insurance provider for example to HBF, their office at Cannington Carousel is working until 5 pm. If I could I'll put ZERO. I'm done, Medibank!"

"The most useless customer service of all time. I have been a member for last 4 years and today, I came to get my health cover extended even though my friend suggested me to go for his service provider. We waited for 40-minutes for our turn and when it came the lady starting giving extremely useless excuses to avoid providing service with out any consideration of any sort that we waited for 40 minutes or whatsoever while being rude, unprofessional and discriminatory. I am going to cancel my membership and not going back ever."
