"Has gone downhill over the years. Takes me up to 10 minutes to find a book sometimes because both the children's and adults book sections are messy and scattered all over the place compared to Big W and Target stores which are always tidy and arranged. Clothes are alright. Toy section is a disaster. Basically messy and unorganized compared to the likes of Big W and Target but the staff are pretty nice which makes shopping somewhat more pleasant."

"I normally would give Kmart a 5 out of 5, but I have been trying to call the store for over half an hour but nobody answers the extension even if it isn't the one you want. I thought the store was open 7pm! I am querying a charge on my credit, but looks like I will have to call back tomorrow!!!"
"Very poor service. They obviously don't train their staff. A couple of times I've been given the wrong information leading to me purchasing the wrong items on the advice given. If you return the product they don't care, don't offer the right, or another alternative that is correct. Will not shop here again."
"F the self serves! I want a real person to assist when I have a trolley load of clearance items to put through that aren’t scanning the price at the price checker! It’s so frustrating if you have kids that constantly take items off the already scanned area just for the stupid machine to want to know where it is and for staff to have to manually assist! What if you’ve got a trolley full and there is no room to balance it all in that tiny square space where you are supposed to place your stuff? If it’s scanned already could I not pop it into the awaiting trolley? Like at a normal register?? Fix it Kmart!!! It’s a design flaw!!"
