To ensure the best possible outcome, we may suggest tasks or exercises for you to complete between sessions. It is important for you to engage in these activities, as they play a crucial role in achieving the desired results.

We understand that your satisfaction is of utmost importance, and we encourage open communication with your psychologist regarding any concerns or issues you may have.
