"We came here for lunch and opted for the beverage pairing with the set menu. The pairing included a selection of sake and locally-sourced wines. The Chicken Liver Parfait was one of our standout dishes, as well as the Somen. Serving sizes, in general, were quite small. We appreciated the carefully-curated playlist and minimalist fitout — however, the dining chairs were uncomfortable, especially for a three-hour sitting."

"About an hour out of town, but definitely worth trying for a new spin on Taiwanese inspired food. Each dish was well thought out and mostly delivered on each part. It played on what you would expect to be traditional Taiwanese flavours but gives them new life with unique flavours characteristic of what inspired the dish. There were elements in some courses that weren’t spectacular but for the price point it was to be expected. I would be happy to pay a premium just to see what they would be able to create. Drinks list is very well priced. I didn’t realise you could pick stuff off of the wall until later but I don’t know how I feel about towering over people who are trying to eat trying to select a wine. The Umeshu is delicious and worth a try. Service was great, it’s a small establishment so it creates a more intimate atmosphere that I very much enjoyed. Seeing the chefs create the dishes in front of me was mesmerising and showed the level of thought put into each dish. The interior was very welcoming and well thought out, beating many of the establishments in Adelaide. There isn’t much you will miss out on here and I can say that it’s definitely worth the trip out to experience this place."
