"I originally bought a pair in Aquila city, to replace one of the everyday shoes I bought in DFO which was splitting, however, the pair I bought in Aquila city wasn’t something I’d wear everyday due to comfort - though I love the shoe, it was more formal. I went to the Aquila in DFO, and was served by Rien. I explained my situation to her and mentioned I needed a shoe for everyday as the one I bought here 6 months ago was splitting, Rien was truly empathetic and helped me find a shoe at a discount, she also went out of her way to see if she can do something by asking her manager, as this was beyond her power. I received a call a couple days later from Rien saying they were happy to replace the shoe which was splitting. This exceeded my expectations. I just picked it up today. I highly recommend dealing with Rien, 100% the best person I have dealt with to represent Aquila, she was genuine and truly cared, what more can you ask for? The Aquila guys in the city can be quite salesly and pretentious (though I understand they are just doing their job and trying to hit the ‘kpis’ ), though the shoes are great. I will look to deal with Rien exclusively for all my future Aquila shoe needs. I hope Aquila takes care of her, just like she has for me."

"What disappointing service we received. Purchased 3 pairs of shoes over 2 days. We were served by a young guy with long hair the 1st and 3rd time, really had zero interest ! Changed one pair for a bigger size , ended up buying a more expensive pair. The guy that served us was Reece I believe, the 2nd visit, city store manager who was incredible. We spend a lot of money on Aquila shoes and would have expected a more consistent service. Very disappointing!"

"I purchased a pair of "Cranbrook" boots. Nice looking boot. But was disappointed to find out that only the upper was leather and the lining was non leather. For the price I would have expected better."
