"The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The two young ladies working showed no willingness to help. From the moment I went inside there was not even a greeting let alone a gesture to see if I needed a hand. I brought up my first pair of shoes and they didn’t have my size. Fair enough you can’t make new shoes magically appear. However I would’ve thought the lady would ask if I would like a similar shoe that has my size. Nope, she just said nah we don’t have it. I went and picked another shoe and brought it back and the same thing again. Like I said, you can’t help not having a size in stock but after 3 countless visits to the counter, not even one of them asked if I needed a hand. If they had just shown a little bit of enthusiasm in the wanting to help me I would’ve definitely bought a shoe that was even slightly similar to my original one. I’m a size 10US so I’m sure there would’ve been a shoe that was in stock in the store somewhere that I would’ve bought. Not one to post reviews but seriously annoyed at the level of service. There should be more senior staff on the floor…"
"Bought some Converse high tops. The lady didn't show me the shoes, put them in the boot of the car drove 600 k's back home. My daughter opened the box n they were men's instead of womens. I rang back and the girl said I had to change them at the Carousel shopping centre. So she passed the buck. Annoyed. Thanks to the Carousel young man."
