"Really bad behaviour from the drive through staff, especially one guy he is racist, I won’t go anymore there…"
"I called the Bottle-O, and all I wanted know if they had an exclusive special on Carlton Dry. Turns out, I was speaking to someone who is completely and utterly incompetent and hung the phone before I got an answer. The worst service I received in a long while."
"worst bottle shop attendant I have seen, ( i hope not manager) no "how you going mate" just what do you want, terrible attitude acts like you are a inconvenience to him, dare make the mistake of not specifying you are after a carton and he will head straight for the six packs, when corrected comes back with the statement "well say that next time" as he storms off into the fridge. not my first encounter with this employee, every time you find yourself leave you quite irritated. From now on i will be going out of my way to use any bottle shop other than this one he is recognisable by the cap he is always wearing, poorly kept uniform and terrible attitude"
"Service from the employee on Boxing Day at Woodcroft, Adelaide Thirsty Camel was disgusting. He was rude, he didn't want to walk to the car and when asked to put the carton of beer on the back seat, he just threw it onto the floor and disappeared. He was obviously having a bad day. Maybe he just should of stayed at home and Thirsty Camel should hire some decent customer service!! Disgusting. Lift your game Thirsty Camel!!!"
