"Always slow but tonight was exceptional! Ordered 2 coffees via the app but after waiting 15 mins I decided to cancel the order and in the process was verbally abused by some guy paying for his goods which had no relevance to what I was doing, I went back in when he had left (I felt safe enough then) to enquire about the cancelled order to be told that I have to call the OTR helpline to get a refund - absolute joke! No apology offered, I will never visit this store again and doubt I’ll set foot in an OTR store ever again either!!!"
