"Zero stars (wish i could do a minus) The Dog Wash there is absolutely disgusting, I went there for the first time tonight and I will never be back. The fact the owners let it get that bad and still have it running is appalling, I won't even buy deisel from there anymore (or use any of there services for this reason) The water smelt horrible, the drain was blocked. It honestly felt like my dog was cleaner going in. Please don't take your dog to this service station, it's horrible! Yuk! Is an understatement. Needs to be closed or removed. Dog act really."

"The store was a mess, the staff didn’t seem to care about customers or want to be there. They took a very long time to make one coffee and their display cabinets looked like the food was just thrown in there with no care. Such a shame to see."

Offered to pack my donuts in a bag as she was to lazy to look for/pack them in the proper krispy cremes box... She also Denied that I was able to buy a 12 pack which I confirmed I was able to do at another outlet.."

Completely rude and unprofessional from the customer service to their customer complaints department. I've been double charged at this store. I have been sold stale fuel and told my brand new car was at fault. Even though it had been tested at service. They breach COVID rules"

"At 6.30 am this morning I purchase some Christmas scratchie tickets for work presents. The assistant gave me the wrong ones so took a while to correct the transaction. I left the store then went back in to buy water. I overhead the barrista say how busy it was, if it wasn't for the customer taking 3 hours to purchase scatchie tickets it would have been ok! I closed the fridge and purchased the water pretending I did not hear this comment. Not very professional."
