"After selecting a garment for my mother I waited at the checkout while the sales assistant continued her conversation with a customer on her study to be a teachers aide. I waited and waited while she continued her conversation. I then put the garment back on the rack and left. I then went to another store and after a minute was served by a lovely person who apologised for keeping me wanting. Taking shape have you not heard of don't keep your customers waiting. Your loss at the end of the day. Bought another garment elsewhere."
