Pavana Reserve underwent an upgrade in 2010, with the addition of shade sails over the playground, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. In June 2018, the park further enhanced its offerings by introducing the Miram Skate Track, a unique attraction that promises an exhilarating ride for all skating enthusiasts.

The local council is committed to enhancing the beauty of the reserve by improving the appearance of unirrigated areas, so that the entire community can delight in its charms. This initiative is part of an ongoing plan to create recreational spaces while conserving our precious water resources.

The playground at Pavana Reserve boasts a range of exciting features. A large multistation welcomes you, complete with stairs that lead up to a side-by-side slide. Additionally, you'll find a balancing bridge, rock climbing wall, fireman's pole, and a telescope, providing endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.

For a thrilling experience, swing like a monkey on the gyro spinner or test your skills on the lower-height flying fox, perfect for younger children to master independently. Toddlers can enjoy a seesaw, standard swing, and baby swing, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Adjacent to the playground, you'll discover a spacious grassy area, perfect for picnics or leisurely activities. However, the true highlight of Pavana Reserve is the one-of-a-kind Miram Skate Track. This exhilarating ride allows children to slide on rails with two boards equipped with a ball bearing system. Whether sitting, lying, or standing, this wild ride in space guarantees endless fun and excitement. Resting spots with triangular nets and frames are available for children to take a break and watch the action unfold.

Sports enthusiasts will be delighted to find a 3 on 3 basketball court and a large grass area with AFL football goals and a soccer goal. Whether you're into shooting hoops or kicking goals, Pavana Reserve has you covered.

To cater to your comfort and convenience, the reserve offers various amenities. Near the playground, you'll find a toilet, drinking fountain with a dog bowl, a sheltered picnic table, and a BBQ area. The sports area also features a sheltered picnic table and bench seating, ensuring that you can relax and enjoy your time at the reserve.

For those arriving by bike, bike racks are conveniently located on the path leading from The Cove Road to the toilet.
