"On entering the store we were greeted by a male team member he had a big smile and was friendly and offered assistance. When we walked further into the store we were greeted again by a female staff member behind the counter who also asked us if we needed assistance, to which I asked. How often to you get new lines? Her response Not much lately and we have no idea what we get. Okay. I mentioned I had seen a new line advertised on the website. She was like we don't get all the shoes online we would need a store twice the size. Now this seems fine. But she was so patronizing and her body gesture and tone towards us was so rude..She was checking in her stock while talking to us like we were an inconvenience and also never once offered to check what line I was actually after. I don't know but I'm pretty sure that's poor customer service and left a bad impression on my experience in this store."
"I visited this store a week ago and the 2 sales assistants were more concerned about merchandising their wall than they were interested in helping me to find a pair of shoes to fit properly. I left empty handed and probably won’t ever go back."
"Kind staff who take the time to make sure I have the right size and make of shoes, I can see how they got the Retail Store of the Month! Everyone there is very helpful, and I've noticed them dealing with some very angry customers with kindness, especially when there's been big sales. They do very well, and continue to be the best shoe shop I go to."
