"I went to Micasa Hair Studio once, and I would never return. I'm not fussy about my hair, but I was really disappointed in my haircut. My haircut looked awful and dated, and I had to scrub hair dye off my face and ears when I got home. I've never experienced such rude service at a hair salon before. While the owner was doing my hair she spent the whole time talking to a friend of hers. The friend was sitting next to me in another client chair, but wasn't getting her hair done. It was my first time at Micasa and the woman cutting my hair was completely ignoring me. I recommend people don't go to this salon."
