"My experience was disastrous.I paid $180 for a pair of walking sandals prior to a trip to Asia for 2 months. While away and wearing the sandals they initially were not very comfortable..Then they appeared to be basically falling apart especially at the very front of the sandals ,so much so I tripped on numerous occasions which could have been disastrous . Consequently I stopped wearing them. I have had no satisfaction from the Runaway store in regards to a credit or refund for the $180 sandals, as they insist there is nothing wrong which there certainly is. I have spoken to a couple of people also who work in Runway Shopping centre who have had problems with their shoes and have also had no satisfaction as regards refund credit or customer service. My suggestion to anyone don’t buy any shoes from FOOTMASTER EVER."
