"I was very disappointed by customer service in Suzan Grey store in Runaway bay shopping centre. I was looking for a white short size 12 , but this size was not available. The Customer service representative told me that is last ones available in store and convinced me to try on a bigger size 14. That size was a bit big but I bought this short because I need it . In couple of days after I went again to this store and founded all sizes of these shorts were available in store. I was very upset . I believe that customer service does not meet professional standards requirements ."
