"Return policy is terrible and sales staff very confronting. I purchased a necklace in shop. At home I took it out of it’s packaging to see that the clasp was broken. I took it back asking for refund which was denied and given a credit note which I didn’t want. I wanted my money back which was denied and it was pointed out to me that at the bottom of the receipt it said no refunds. You don’t tell a customer AFTER a purchase merely by printing at the bottom of the receipt there are no refunds. I said but the item is broken however that didn’t matter. I would be happy to exchange for the same item but they didn’t have the same item. The sales lady pointed to a framed small printed fairly lengthy writing beside the tile saying no refunds. Customers beware! I won’t be shopping there again."
