"I went in on Thursday night just gone as I was looking for formal wear for my partners cocktail-essential themed presentation event the next night and I had no idea about what size suit pants and jacket I needed because I haven't had to buy formalwear since high school graduation. I'm an avid chino wearer so I could have walked into Connor without trying any pairs on and just know my size and grab, pay and go, however I knew I needed to try the clothes on so as to fit the formalwear properly. Jess was the staff member who helped me with all my sizing after trying heaps of stuff on for over an hour in the store, explaining to me the slim vs skinny sizing of the pants, and she made such good recommendations for my attire and what sizes she thinks fit me the best. She was absolutely incredible and so amazingly helpful and I was so appreciative of her help and guidance and couldn't have done it without her. She truly went out of her way to make sure that I got what I needed and she paid so much attention to me throughout my time in store, all whilst serving others and helping them in store at the same time floating in and out making sure everyone was looked after, she was an absolute miracle and I thanked her so much for her help and how greatly appreciative I was and we also had a great chat at the end when I came to purchase all of my stuff. Her baby growing inside her belly is going to be so lucky to have Jess as a mum, she is hands down the most helpful retail staff member I have ever received help and guidance from and absolutely saved the day with her amazing customer service skills and genuine passion for the job, I really appreciate someone that cares about what they do as it really reflects their character and kind-hearted nature and makes for a great shopping experience. I ended up with a grey two-piece suit that fit me so well and I even took her recommendation of a black floral tie and pocket square, and my partner and I looked so amazing that night, and I absolutely hope Jess gets recognised for how much care and attention she paid to a customer and how great she is at her job. Thanks heaps Jess, you legend and my night-saver!"
