Welcome to Flavour of Punjab Authentic Indian Restaurant, located at Rivervale, Kooyong Road, 122 in Australia. At our establishment, we offer our customers a unique and truly rich blend of a mouth-watering authentic Indian dining experience. Our Chef & Owner, Vijay, has built his reputation by providing deliciously prepared Indian food in a relaxing and authentic atmosphere where everyone meets as a family and enjoys a good time.
Every dish at Flavour of Punjab features its own distinct flavor and personality, made from the freshest ingredients. Many of our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. By cooking hygienic Indian food with Miraculous Indian spices and putting our rich experience and passion for cooking into it, we want our customers to live and experience the saying of the famous Greek physician Hippocrates, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food," says Chef Vijay firmly.
For those who have never eaten at an Indian restaurant, we make the experience an easy one. We offer flexibility to our customers regarding the amount of spices/ingredients in a particular dish. This allows them to customize the taste to their own preference and experiment with the traditional flavors to enjoy a new taste experience. Whether you dine-in, pick-up, or ask us to deliver, the food is always tasty.
Head Chef and owner Vijay is a trained Chef with a diploma in Hotel Management & Catering from Mumbai, India. He has worked in leading hotels in India before coming to Australia, where he provided his services to "2 Fat Indian Restaurant" and "Bollywood Restobaar". With 20 years of experience in this industry, he decided to open his own Indian Cuisine restaurant to provide the finest dining experience to customers. He has a rich experience in making both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Indian Cuisines.
At Flavour of Punjab, all curries are gluten and MSG free, and we do not use peanuts. If you have any food allergies, please advise us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

"Bad service at all.. we ordered chicken Beryani was surprised we thought we ordered a chilies Beryani.. didn't touch at all.. wasted the food and we tried tell to the lady another surprised she told us next time tell them if meduim spicy. But never mentioned in the menu super spicy Beryani. Bad customers service to tell us they are busy."

"My husband and I love Indian food and have tried many many places.We decided to try this restaurant for the first time and I can honestly say this is the BEST Indian food we have ever eaten. We had a variety of dishes and each one was bursting with flavour with succulent meats and delicious sauces. Also the garlic naan was so fresh and tasty.
