"My son recently went to this store at Colonnades to purchase some new Vans Shoes with his hard earned pocket money. We were greeted upon arriving by a very polite and happy lady to serve us. She was amazing from start to finish. I believe her name is Imogen, I hope I have spelt this correctly. She helped my son choose his shoes and treated him with such respect.. The retail industry is a very tough sector to work in, I know, I work in it. There are always people ready to complain about any small thing that annoys them. Imogen is very much a people person and suits this tough industry and deserves to be complimented on her outstanding service. Upon getting my sons shoes home, he found that they did not feel as comfortable as in the shop. I took them back today, only to be greeted again by another friendly staff member, I do not know her name, but very friendly. Imogen had seen me come into the store with the pair of shoes that my son had purchased. She asked if everything was okay? I replied that the shoes seemed to be not fitting correctly. After a brief discussion, Imogen, again with her great service skills made the customer experience a great visit and I left happy once again. Well done to the staff here, especially Imogen."
