"Bought some shoes for hubby, werent the right ones for him so i returned them boxing day. No issue returning them however i was not told that there will be a wait for the money to return into my account. Went in the next day and was told it will be in by Wednesday the 29th by midday. Fast forward to the 29th at 430pm and still no money. Was told by customer service it will take up to another 4 business days. Thatll be 2 weeks without almost $200. If i had of know, i would have just given hubby some money rather than an actual pair of shoes."
