"Picked up a wonderful drago fabric suit that was absolutely wonderful. Zac was amazing in identifying the material and helping with the lining and final button colouring. Really one of the best suits that I’ve ever bought."
"Nathan is the guy you are looking for your special day. He is such professional from the beginning to the end. He’s always welcoming, careful, supportive with good manner. Such a gentle man in the right place! The suit was perfect and the service was even better. I’ll definitely recommend this place for my friends."
"I have started my journey with Institchu with Frida back in 2019. She has been great at understanding me as the customer of what the customer wants and needs. since then her team grew. Most recently, Frida and her team (Nathan, Michael and Taliana) has helped design a suit for myself and my wife! Using same fabric. It was my wife's first custom suit as well, and she loved it! So well done Frida and team. Keep it going, and it is all about understanding what the customer's needs and being transparent about limitations of what Institchu can and cannot do."
"Absolute first class experience! I got married mid-December, and me and my groomsmen were suited exceptionally well in InStitchu tailored suits, and I can't recommend it more. We were taken through our process with Richard Morisey, the assistant showroom manager in Perth, and his expertise and professionalism shined through at every step of the way. I had a bit of an unusual request in the colouring of my suit for the theme of my wedding, and rather than telling me it wouldn't work, or bulldozing me with what he thought he could pawn off like some of the other shops I had visited prior to InStitchu, Richard was keen to make sure that my vision for the suit was entirely intact from start to finish, and that he was there to guide me through the general "dos and don'ts", while still staying entirely in the framework of what I requested. The whole process really showed off Richard's (and the shop's as a whole) commitment to the artistry of clothes-design and tailoring, and delivered an end-product everybody at the wedding loved! The suit got sent away for four months (or so) from the wedding, and the final alterations were measured and set for three months (or so) from the wedding, giving me peace of mind that all was sorted long before the big day (provided I could maintain my weight, which can be hard between menu tastings, haha!). The suit was perfect, and a sunny day in the middle of December still felt quite mild while I was standing outside in a three-piece suit, thanks to the breathable materials used in InStitchu's products, my bride had to change from her dress into a ballroom dress in order to perform a choreographed number for our first dance, but my suit powered right on through well-tailored for any movement I needed to perform, and after sitting in a bag in my wardrobe from about October to December, all it took was a quick 5-10 minute steam at the hotel near my venue, and the suit looked "fresh-off-the-presses". Great staff, superb showroom, amazing room for design choice, all combining into an excellent suit and excellent experience. The price-point was admittedly more than I would ordinarily pay for clothing, but as soon as I was in it, both at the fittings, and on the big day, I realised that I was getting well, well what I had paid for, and more! I'd give six stars if I could!"
