At Health Energy And Balance, we aim to assist individuals in exploring their issues, feelings, and emotions related to their everyday experiences. Our experienced therapists help clients identify the connections between past events and present issues, revisiting beliefs and decisions to enable lasting change.

Jane and Tony, a husband and wife team, have over 20 years of experience in providing counselling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy to clients in Adelaide. They also offer training, coaching, and mentoring to various organizations. Jane has a broad range of experience and knowledge in counselling, psychotherapy (transactional analysis), coaching, mentoring, and training. With a background in nursing, she has utilized her skills both organizationally and in private practice.

Tony, on the other hand, has been providing counselling and psychotherapy since 2008. He has worked with organizations such as Lifeline, Domestic Violence Helpline, and Drug Arm, developing a wide set of skills to assist clients with relationship issues, communication problems, loss and grief, conflict, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. Tony also specializes in working with teenagers and adolescents, offering individual and group sessions to address confidence, bullying, self-harm, self-esteem, family communication, conflict, anxiety, motivation, coaching, and mentoring.

We understand that starting therapy can be intimidating, but our friendly and supportive approach will put you at ease. One of our clients shared, "I wasn't sure what to expect at the first session, but Tony made me feel at ease.
