I bought another different pair and later they called me saying first pair was under warranty so I had credit. I asked does credit expire and they said no. I politely requested clarification, but instead of explaining, he simply assumed my answer. This frustrated me because the correct response was crucial in selecting appropriate shoes for my needs. Eventually, he did explain, and I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes. However, I strongly urge the staff at Athlete to be more patient and understanding with their customers. It is essential to provide clear explanations and allow customers to make their own decisions. Patience and attentiveness go a long way in ensuring a positive shopping experience. Overall, I appreciate the range of shoes available at Athlete, but improving customer service, particularly in terms of patience and clear communication, would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers like myself."
