Reviews
"Backstabbing, 2 face workers and carers, nat and the othe workers are so nasty. If you have a child with disabilities don't send them here, liers and unhelpful. They made false allegations against me when they made it clear they couldn't handle my austic son and I had to drop him at 9am and be back by 3pm. 2 faced people and no idea what a child who has a disability or routine means. Nat roach and other stuff where useless and 2 faced."
"My son was at Forbes from 11 months old to 5 years old. He was superbly cared for the whole way through, from the Baby, Toddler to Kindy room with high sensory processing issues, toileting issues and eating issues. Any concerns were always addressed or flagged to me. Things as they did anywhere got rocky during Covid but they persisted and did the best they could. We felt our son and family were cared for the whole way through and are really missing seeing the staff this year. If you aren't sure, visit the centre and form your own opinion and vibe rather than just a couple of peoples opinions, so many happy children attend the centre but there are not many reviews to reflect that."
"My baby girl and me always having a good time to come here. Music, playing with other children, baby massage course, talking to other moms."
"Did not have a good experience, my child came home with unexplained head injuries multiple ocassions, questions and complaints were not responded to adequately. Noticed multiple breaches of privacy, hygiene and safety. They aren't fed enough, withholding food used to get compliance from babies and children. High staff turnover, badly run and managed. Not recommended."
