"Went in to cotton on Ellenbrook today, walk in no greeting the lady behind the counter was having a personal conversation on her phone on loud speaker.. you are there to give customer service give it.. as a customer it’s not very comfortable to shop in the shop when the sales assistant doesn't wanna be there and is on their phone"
"Went in today to grab a few clothes and the lady working there was like she just couldn’t be bothered being there. No hello, no smile, no looking up to speaking.. just really rude. I said to my daughter if you treated people like that I’d be really disappointed."
"Went in today to try some shorts on after having my baby, and the lady who helped me was amazing and so kind! She made me feel great , I wish they had my sizing though!"
"Cotton On is an ok store but the clothing that they have is to meh I feel. The changing rooms feel abandoned and there's no hooks to place my clothes on or a little stool to put my bag and phone on. The store need to have more light because at the moment I feel it's to dark."
