"Ellenbrook Bunnings is very hit and miss as far as staff go. I find there is never anyone around when I need help, Some of the younger staff members are rude. I have been in the queue waiting to be served and just as I was about to go to the desk the staff simply spoke to her co worker and walked away as I approached the desk??? No apology. I have a problem with lifting but have had to chase down staff in the garden area for help. The one woman working in the garden area said she couldnt lift either due to her health issue,, promised to send someone else but after 15 minutes it was clear no one was coming! Despite this they do seem to have enough stock however the garden sction usd to have a terrific little 'specials' stand where you could grab cheaper /reduced plants because they were a bit sad and I rescued lots from here thats gone now and not many specials in the garden area."
"Lovely service today from everyone we dealt with. The lady at the coffee shop was very pleasant and her hot chocolate was divine. The play area is great to keep children occupied while you sit down and have your coffee. Nice big clean store easy to navigate especially with the app."
"This store is well set out with a huge range of products and also is very clean and tidy. One of the biggest stores in the northern suburbs of Perth which is located on the promenade in Ellenbrook. A great garden section with cubby houses that you can purchase for the kids and the multitude of other products"
