"I bought a pair of white heels on sale and literally wore them for 5 minutes and they were faulty. The straps were quite flimsy and unwearable. I tried to return them but they refused to take them back or refund my money. This was definitely a rip off because the Australian consumer law dictates that products sold to consumers should meet the expected quality but in this case the shoes were definitely unwearable but instead of disposing them, they put them on sale..I would not recommend buying shoes from them especially items on sale."
