"Purchased pavers for my back garden from Freo Stone and was impressed with the wide selection they had compared to a lot of the other places in Perth. Customer service was amazing from Lucy right from the start of giving me advice on the pavers as well as letting me take some samples home. I then returned the next business day and Lucy again was so professional and helped me collect my pavers."

"Really poor quality product and customer service. Used their recommended layer Hollywood Paving. They did a horrid job. Sheldon inspected, made all the promises in the world about wanting their product to look good, there being no issues with their product, and he stated 'it was nearly there' just needed a few minor things. When I stated this on a social media post, I was lied to and told that they didn't say that (I had a witness present) and that all support is taken away. I requested my money be refunded but they stated that because I ordered through paving company Hollywood Pavings account, they couldn't. Hollywood Paving are now stating that the issue is with the product. I will continue to go down the legal pathway, however if you want a qualify product from a company with integrity, then STAY AWAY FROM FREOSTONE!!!?"
