Our mobile service ensures that your dog feels safe and relaxed throughout the grooming process. However, if you prefer, you can bring your pet to our location in Southport.

When you entrust your beloved pet to us, rest assured that we treat them with the same love, kindness, and endless patience as if they were our own. Our base package includes a warm bath and blow dry, a thorough brushing to remove any tangles or mats, nail clipping and filing, ear cleaning, deodorizing, and of course, lots of cuddles.

Please note that dogs with knots, mats, or double coats will incur an additional $10 fee. We categorize dogs based on their size, with different pricing for small, medium, large, and extra-large dogs.

If you're looking for a low-maintenance groom or have an active dog, our full groom service is perfect for you. You can choose your desired coat length and styling preferences for the face, tail, and ears.

For specific breed cuts such as Poodle, Schnauzer, Westie, or Yorkie, we have highly skilled groomers who can create the perfect look for your fur baby.

We also offer a short coat towel dry package, ideal for dogs with short, smooth coats. This includes a warm bath, towel dry, nail clipping, ear cleaning, deodorizing, and cuddles. Additionally, we provide a tidy up of the face, eyes, ears, feet, under paw pads, and hygiene areas, along with a trim of the belly.

If your dog sheds excessively or has thick or double coats, we offer a de-shedding service using specially formulated shampoos. This helps to remove excess hair and assist with shedding and thickness. Pricing for this service depends on the size of your dog and is in addition to the base package.

We prioritize the health and well-being of all dogs in our care. If your dog is found to have fleas or ticks, we will automatically apply a flea rinse and charge accordingly. We strongly recommend using regular tick prevention for your pet's safety.

Please note that dogs with excessive mats or knots may incur an extra charge, and we may not be able to brush them out. In such cases, we will carefully cut or shave the mats and knots to give your dog a fresh start.

The safety of both our groomers and your pet is of great importance to us. We reserve the right to refuse grooming or complete the groom of dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior. Charges may still apply in such cases.

We do not offer anal gland expression, as this should be performed by a licensed veterinarian. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to inform us of any pre-existing conditions or injuries that could affect the grooming process or cause pain to your pet.

Payment is due at the end of the groom and can be made in cash or by credit card.
