Reviews
"Really unpleasant experience here on all fronts. From simply asking where a particular vitamin brand is, to getting something for a cough. A paranoid pharmacist treating you with suspicion to an assistant that can’t be bothered breathing. Absolutely atrocious. I agree with other reviewers, one of the worst Chemist warehouses on the coast. Avoid."
"I went into speak to a pharmacist as I was very overwhelmed with a newborn who wasn’t copying with a formula we had chosen for him. The pharmacist (a young, Asian girl) - was so rude to me and treated me like I was unconvincing her ‘day’. She was no help and made we feel worse then I had entered the store like."
"Without a doubt the worst pharmacy on the Coast. They can never fill all my scripts. Why don't they check the computer first to see if they have stock. Guaranteed cheapest price. Codswallop. Iwas charged $10.49 for a script I normally pay $6.30 for. Added to all this I was carrying four packets of pill (o m which very large) plus my bundle of scripts and was not offered a bag even though I spent over $64. Of course I then immediately dropped them. Never a again will I go back"
"Always like that that chemist store are the worst chemist I ever see. Always doesn’t have the products I are looking for lack of of perfumes always short in everything. Do not waste your time to come at this chemist just if you are looking for Panadol but you can find até coles as well. Just waste of time the store in specific."
"Usually have good experiences at CW. Tonight I got served by Janelle. The item I was purchasing came up at a different price to what was displayed on the shelf when I paid at the register. I went back to the shelf to check the price and sure enough there was two stacks with the price that I thought I was going to get charged. I went back to Janelle at the register with a photograph of the shelf tickets and she refused to give me the items at the displayed price because they were incorrectly ticketed. She was quite rude and said that CW don't price match their own incorrect tickets. She would only offer a full refund and refused to give me the partial refund to correct the overpayment. I disagreed with her and explained it wasn't my fault they were priced incorrectly. I asked for a supervisor and she told me to speak to the pharmacist who was in charge tonight. I went to the pharmacist who checked the tickets, apologised and thanked me for pointing it out and said that I could indeed get the item for the displayed price. She wrote on my reciept and told me that the way CW operates is that they would do a full refund onto the card and then charge me again at the displayed ticket price. I went back to Janelle and told her, and showed her what the pharmacist had wrote on the reciept. She then rung up another transaction and refunded the difference of $4.50. I tried to explain to her that although I could agree that was the difference to be refunded, the pharmacist had told me that the whole amount would be refunded and then I would be charged the correct amount on a separate transaction, just as the pharmacist had also wrote on the reciept. Janelle was quite rude and made me feel very annoyed at her customer service. She obviously didn't want to listen to me on both instances and argued with me that CW wouldn't refund the whole amount and then recharge me at the ticket amount. She would only do the two in one transaction and refund the difference. I left the store feeling very annoyed at the way I had been spoken to and treat. I told Janelle that maybe the pharmacist and the register staff need to communicate better. It's not up to the customer to run around the store trying to sort a mistake caused by CW, and there is no need for bad manners or bad attitude because I was asking for an item at the displayed price. I would not recommend anyone shop at this CW if being served by Janelle, and I think CW should train their staff better for circumstances like these. Janelle definitely needs some more customer service training."
