"Booked for 2 employees for 10 nights each at short notice for work and had to change due to site not ready. Would not refund or tfr payment to other nights and kept it all. We work all over Qld and never has management done this. They were under new management since Jan 2023. Old Manager was very accommodating but new ones are not. Stay away."
