Established for over 7 years, our medical centre is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. Our team of experienced doctors sees around 25 to 35 patients daily, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and comprehensive care.

Our clinic is housed in a charming two-storey Queenslander, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. You'll find ample on and off-street parking, making it convenient for you to visit us. Additionally, we have wheelchair access available to cater to the needs of all our patients.

At Eagle Heights Medical Centre, we prioritize the well-being of our patients. We operate on an appointment system, but we also keep some appointments open for urgent consultations. You can easily make an appointment with your preferred doctor by calling our surgery. Standard consultations are typically 15 minutes, allowing our doctors to address one medical problem thoroughly. If you require a longer appointment, it can be arranged, but it may incur a private fee.

As a bulk billing medical centre, we strive to make healthcare accessible to all. New patients and walk-ins are always welcomed. However, priority is given to those who have made a booking. We also offer home visits by prior arrangement with our receptionist and as clinically required, after discussion with the treating doctor.

We understand the importance of effective communication in healthcare. For patients with hearing or communication impairments, we provide appropriate assistance to ensure clear and effective communication with our medical team. Additionally, for patients who speak languages other than English, we can arrange for interpreter services to ensure seamless communication during consultations.

If necessary, your GP will provide a referral letter to plan and facilitate optimal care. Please note that scripts cannot be given over the phone, and repeat scripts require an appointment with your doctor to ensure appropriate care.

While most of our appointments are bulk billed, longer or complex consultations may incur a private fee. We accept various payment methods, including EFTPOS, cash, Visa, and MasterCard. We also offer discounted fees for patients with a Pensioner card, Health Care card, or Commonwealth Seniors Health card.
