"Not a regular Aldi shopper but, for the life of me, I don't know why. Aldi is generally a lot cheaper than other supermarkets although I would still need to shop elsewhere for certain brand items which I won't use a substitute for. I've also found that Aldi fruit and veg often lasts longer than other stores. Strolling down the middle aisle/s where the specials are is also usually a mistake as I often end up buying one or more unplanned items as the price is too good to pass up. Only down side is I can't pack my groceries as fast as they're scanned."
"For years, people have been cheating on their weight when it comes to frozen spinach. I weighed it again and it's only 230gr with a lot of ice. If I subtract another 10gr for frozen water, it's only 220 gr. But it has to be 250gr. The food industry has been cheating us for years and now I will take action against it, someone has to make a start and doesn't come back to me with a shopping ticket for $ 5 that you can't do well, we've been cheated for years"
"Good products as usual. Just 1 question: Why the sourdough bread has a total different flavour when compared with the same bread in USA?"
"Came in today had the most lovely chat with a guy named alek you need more employees like him the most top notch bloke i have ever talked to in there hope all the best for him. He is also a asset to your company."
"Great store with plenty of things. Ranging from fresh veggies and fruits, savoury and sweet, frozen items, and other foods. Plenty of other things like gifts, clothes, kitchen items, games, books and more. Lots of great signage, well managed and organised. Lots of cheaper items compared to other stores. Only issue was the cashier had minimal friendliness, however efficient. Otherwise, overall a good experience and would recommend. Recommendation to Aldi - turn down the aircon a little as it’s freezing in the store."
