"Great shop and the staff inside are helpful however, the lady at the loading dock is really rude and just horrible to deal with. First instance I wrote it off as her having a bad day but her attitude is awful every time. This store is not doing themselves any favours having this employee working for them."
"Staff were amazing and helped us when we were visiting from NSW and had our newborn. I phoned the store to tell them I had concerns about our carseat and whether or not our baby was fitted correctly within the seat and they said come down and we can help you no problems. We went a few days later and the gentleman came out and assisted us and made sure our baby was comfortable in the seat and showed us how to adjust it as she grows etc. Really helpful. We also bought a few items from here and the store was well presented and quiet a large store with plenty of stock!"
"It's a decent shop. I find the staff really hit or miss though. I had a lady help us with a pram and car seat & she was just very salesmany. Just could tell she didn't have our best interest at heart and was just pushing the sale. Also made consistent rude comments about a "very tall child" in the store repeatedly infront of the parents. Could clearly tell it was upsetting them and also us as it was mentioned over 5 times & she made comments about the child being a handful multiple time's also. Some staff are lovely though but i really think they need some retraining on their customer service skills."
"Do not get car seat install here! They have no idea what they are doing and it ended up costing us $450 with a guy they recommended- Neil Lennard ( that was completely unnecessary and a horrific experience of customer service from Neil.)"
