"Possibly the worst business I have dealt with. Store constantly without certain stock, especially the bakery. Staff to me appear angry (with 2 or 3 exceptions) and seem almost annoyed you are in the store while they're working in aisles, aisles that were once stocked before the business opened. It's almost like the tension in the air with workers there is so thick you could cut it with a knife. The meet and greet guy at the self serve IGNORED me and other customers while quite loudly telling another staff member of tattoos he was getting...smh..Why do I go there?? Simple, the fruit a vege store outside their entrance, primarily and convenience with other businesses I use close by to where I live. #UPDATE# Never using the business again, EVER. Apparently on the 26/8/23 a group of teenage thieves injured a security guard badly. The divide between customer and employee was significantly worse than usual. I spend roughly $10000 a year at this place. NO more!!"

"Was made to feel like a thief. Walked in with my shopping bag and had an older lady obviously dyed blonde, looking over my shoulder and she asked if I’d paid for the bag! I appreciate they may have a high volume of thieves but in my 41 years on this earth I’d never been accused of taking anything in my life. My advice to Margaret (I believe this to be her name) is never judge a book by its cover after all those who you accuse of stealing may actually have an education and far more successful than what meets the eye."

"Why is it that every time I come into this Woolworths and walk out without buying anything I get made to show the worker in the self serve checkouts my bags? This honestly makes me feel as though the workers see me as nothing but a thief. It is always the same grumpy dark haired 50+ year old woman pulling me up and asking to check my bag. I went in this afternoon while at Westfield and she pulled me up as I was walking out of the store and asked to check my bag.I opened my bag and said why is it that you guys always pull me up and ask to look in my bag and she said something along the lines of they have to check.I am a cashier at Coles and have been for close to 5 years now and have never stolen anything in my life. I know that supermarket workers are not forced to check your bags and usually only check your bags if you look suspicious or they see you stealing so her having to check is a lie and quite frankly I see this as a form of discrimination against me. Apart from that the rest of the staff are polite enough and the store is fine."
